Emily Kilroy is an American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) board-certified nurse practitioner who specializes in pediatric primary care. Emily’s extensive, diverse clinical background in both pediatric and adult medicine allows her to care comprehensively for children and families through evidence-based preventive care and acute illness management. She has experience in Basic Life Support (BLS). Prior to co-founding Harbor Pediatrics, Emily practiced outpatient pediatrics in York, Maine.

Kyla Scarponi, D.O.
Dr. Scarponi is an experienced pediatrician and strong healthcare service professional with a demonstrated history in the hospital and healthcare industry. She is skilled in Pediatric Preventative Care, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and the Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP). Prior to co-founding Harbor Pediatrics, Dr. Scarponi served as Chief of Pediatrics at York Hospital, where she practiced inpatient and outpatient pediatric medicine. She served six years on the Board of Directors for Make-A-Wish Maine.

Megan Spurling, PA-C
Megan is a board-certified Physician Assistant at Harbor Pediatrics. She earned both her undergraduate degree and Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of New England.
Before joining Harbor Pediatrics, Megan gained valuable experience in urgent care and orthopedic settings, where she developed a strong foundation in acute care and musculoskeletal health. Her background brings a well-rounded perspective to the pediatric patients and families she now serves.
Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband and their four children. She is passionate about creating meaningful connections with the families she serves and is committed to delivering compassionate, personalized care to every patient.
